Native-born German Helena Gläser is a professional ballet dancer living in Germany, speaking English, French, and German language Trained at the dance schools of Hamburg Ballet John Neumeier, Leipzig Opera, and Dresden Palucca University of Dance Danced in productions choreographed by Alexander Ekman, Nacho Duato, William Forsythe, Anke Glasow, Jiri Kilian, Ingo Meichsner, Yuval Pick, and Uwe Scholz as well as in NYC at the American Ballet Theatre and José Limón Institute, Rotterdam Dance Academy, and Saarbrücken State Theatre with Marguerite Donlon Received soloist engagements at Landesbühne Radebeul and Wiesbaden State Theatre Awarded in 2012 by the daily newspaper Sächsische Zeitung as "Best Individual Dancer of the 2011/2012 Season” Since 2013 ensemble member of Chemnitz Ballet Performed in title roles like Angel of Death [Mozart's Letters], Aurora [Sleeping Beauty A Dream Dance], Barthilde [Giselle], Carmen, Helena [A Midsummer Night's Dream], Janine [Jitters It's Showtime], Odette and Odile [Swan Lake], Snow Queen, Sword Excalibur [King Arthur], Woman in White [Eugene Onegin], and others
